The rate for a decent one is probably going to be about $100- $150, though you shouldn’t expect anything special. The $20 model may well sink the first time you put it in water.

Hobby shops or speciality stores may be a better bet if you want something specific.
Keep in mind the old saying “you get what you pay for”. If you buy cheap then expect cheap. The more you spend the more frills you will get but that doesn’t always mean quality.
