How To Find Bargain Zhu Zhu Pets Hamsters
For all those parents out there that have been caught up in the current Zhu Zhu Pets hamsters (often pronounced as Zoo Zoo Pets hamsters and Zu Zu Pets hamsters) madness that is currently sweeping the country and seems to be escalating every day that gets closer to Christmas, you will probably be aware that the prices for both the hamsters and accessories have sky rocketed out of control.
With Christmas now just a few months away, the timing seems to have been perfect. The result is that kids everywhere have all got a Zhu Zhu hamster on their Santa list. If this sounds familiar and you are one of those parents that is looking to buy one of these furry hamsters for your child this Xmas, then here are a couple of points, from my own lessons learned, on how to make sure you get the hamster and accessories that your child wants whilst at the same price paying relatively normal prices.
Shop In Store. The problem with the Zhu Zhu hamsters and all of the most popular accessories available for these furry animals is that stock levels are low and demand rising by the minute. The result is that stores literally get a new stock in and then before you can blink they are sold out. Stores also have the problem that they just don’t know when they will get new stock. If you are a Walmart or Toys r Us frequent shopper, which most parents inevitably become when they have children, than if you are in store make sure that if you see what you want, just buy it. If you don’t want to go to the actual store than you could always phone and if they have them in stock, they will usually hold them for a short period for you.
Shop Online. Online shopping at the moment is perhaps the more popular method and certainly has the greatest stock availability with the obvious shopping convenience from home. Be warned though, that when the Zhu Zhu hamster craze took hold, people out there bought up the limited supplies and were reselling them at ridiculous prices. Having said that, in recent days especially, hamster stock levels have seemed to increase to the point that if you hunt smartly there are actually some real price bargains to be found.
Don’t Shop Days Before Christmas. This may sound obvious, but I too am in the habit of at least leaving some of my Xmas gift shopping till the last minute. With the Zhu Zhu hamsters just added to Toys r Us hot Christmas toy list, this would probably not be a wise decision. It is widely anticipated that when the final shopping run up to Christmas approaches, the sheer demand will, once again cause stocks to be limited and the acceptable price level of now to quickly become ridiculous.
Bargain Set Bundles. Buyers of Zhu Zhu hamsters have very rarely being buying a solitary hamster, after all, there really is just so much fun with a child watching a single hamster scurrying around, although fun it is. No, instead they have more usually being buying one or more hamsters and one or more hamster add-ons and then kids have persuaded them to add even more add-ons to in an attempt to create the perfect gigantic hamster habitat. As a consequence, more and more hamster sets and bundles are appearing, this wraps up into a single buy, some of the more popular combinations. Probably the most popular being a Mr Squiggles and Pipsqueak combo or a hamster and hamster Funhouse combo. For the parent, often this means a cheaper overall price compared with buying them on their own.
